Job Summary

Must hand stretch pizza crust from a raw dough ball up to 20” inches in diameter
Has experience in making pizza dough from scratch
Has experience in hand tossing pizza
Able to use a meat slicer & dough machine
Flexible Scheduling available
Must have excellent attention to detail

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to established recipes and menu plans.
- Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management, food safety practices, and cleanliness.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist in managing food costs and portion control to optimize profitability.
Qualifications:
- Strong culinary skills with experience in meal preparation and cooking techniques.
- Knowledge of food service operations, including inventory management and sanitation practices.
- Experience in high-volume restaurant environments is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively lead a team and interact with guests.
- Passion for the culinary and commitment to delivering outstanding dining experiences.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds

Compensation: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
