We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for timely delivieries and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the restaurant.
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for timely delivieries and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the restaurant.
This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards during food handling and transportation. A background in hospitality or food service is preferred but not mandatory.
Duties
- Take deliveries as needed in the surrounding area
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients upon delivery.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean and in good working condition
- Support kitchen staff by assisting with various tasks as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients upon delivery.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and complete necessary paperwork.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience in food handling, preferably within a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items safely.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- A willingness to help in kitchen operations when necessary, including food preparation tasks.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Compensation: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
